Lostu

Lostu is one of those old-fashioned trattorias, where you can breathe in the most authentic atmosphere of the Langa hills, rediscovering traditional recipes and experiencing conviviality in a relaxed and jovial atmosphere.

The cuisine is Piedmontese, “homegrown,” with vegetables harvested from the garden or purchased from the farmer’s hands, following seasonality for the choice of ingredients we offer. Our hen, the symbol of the tavern, best embodies this idea, harking back to the farmyard, to tradition, to the knowledge of those who work the land and to the flavor of the most genuine and natural dishes.
