. That of the Rocca family is a story that has been going on for four generations, since Felicin Rocca and his wife Dina founded the albergo diffuso with restaurant in Monforte d’Alba in 1923. The restaurant is housed in a period building with three rooms reminiscent of home, a panoramic terrace overlooking Monviso and a garden where you can eat under the pergola. The kitchen is cozy and familiar, with its roots firmly planted in what Piedmontese gastronomic tradition.
