For three generations, we have worked with passion and dedication to carry on our family tradition, sharing the same values. We believe that artisanal expertise, respect for the land, and innovative techniques can coexist to create exceptional wines.

Located just a few kilometers from Alba, our family-run winery has been among the pioneers of Nebbiolo for over 60 years. Piazzo Winery was born from the dream of Armando Piazzo and Gemma Veglia, who, in the 1960s, decided to stay and believe in their land, the Langhe of Fenoglio’s “La Malora.” Their forward-thinking and countercurrent choice to invest in Nebbiolo, the region’s flagship grape variety, proved to be a winning one.

Today, the estate boasts 70 hectares of vineyards, 60% of which are dedicated to Nebbiolo. Here, you’ll find a representative range of typical wines: modern classics, a refined tradition, and an ever-growing focus on environmental sustainability.
